Aquire FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1What types of positions do you place?
aQuire specializes in the placement of high volume, low to mid level, multi-incumbent roles. Our recent placements include Bank Branch Managers, Bank Tellers, Call Center Representatives, and Sales Representatives. We offer placement services regardless of company size or industry, and our no-contract fees are much lower than those of traditional RPO firms.
2How are you different from a traditional RPO?
AQuire is a project-based firm that specializes in filling high volume positions at a lower overall rate. Unlike traditional RPO firms, we do not require a long-term contract for projects; instead, the client and aQuire agree upon a minimal commitment, with no hidden fees or additional contract requirements. This unique pay structure allows our clients to ramp up their recruiting pipeline, manage their database, and fulfill their recruiting needs without the costly fees associated with traditional RPO firms.
3How does your pricing work?
At aQuire, we do not believe in per-transaction fees; instead, we take a unique approach with our services, charging only a flat, pre-determined, customizable fee to provide true project-based recruiting augmentation. This unique pay structure allows our clients to ramp up their recruiting pipeline, manage their database, and fulfill their recruiting needs without the costly fees associated with traditional RPO firms.
4What if I need to leverage additional sourcing methods?
We recommend you explore our partner company, Qualigence International. Qualigence International specializes in non-traditional sourcing methodologies in order to uncover 100% of the talent population and find candidates that cannot be uncovered using online sourcing.
5How does your recruiting process work?
To alleviate the headaches associated with these roles, we proudly offer management of every step of the recruiting process for clients looking to fill high volume, similar open positions, including process flow, intake, discussion & strategy, ATS management, etc. Our management of your recruiting functions can improve your quality of hire and talent acquisition metrics, as well as reduce your overall costs associated with the resources needed to find and retain top performing candidates.
6What’s the difference between a job fair and a private reception?
Private receptions allow for an exclusive, private meeting for a single position (or several like-function positions) with one candidate at a time and the employer. Typically organized by trained professionals, private receptions are often held at a hotel or other public space in which each candidate has a specified timeframe and is not waiting around with their direct competition. The candidate is selected based on their skill set, experience, and fit for the job prior to the reception, and is personally invited to attend and speak directly with the employer.
